Imaximus (“us”, “we”, or “our”) develops mobile applications (the “Service”). This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected when you use our apps, how it is used, and how it is protected.

By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

1. What we collect

We do not collect personal data. Our apps:

• do not require registration and do not create user accounts;
• do not ask for your name, email, phone number or payment details;
• contain no third-party ads or analytics trackers.

Data stored on your device only. Some apps save your settings and entered data (for example, co-worker names in the Shift Schedule app) locally on your device. This data is never transmitted to our servers and is not accessible to us — we are technically unable to see it.

2. Data processed by Apple

Our apps are distributed through the App Store (Apple Inc.). Apple may collect standard diagnostic information about the app (crashes, usage statistics) in accordance with Apple’s own Privacy Policy. We do not have access to this data.

3. Children

Our apps do not collect personal data from any users, including children under the age of 13.

4. Security

Since no personal data is collected or transmitted, there is no risk of a data leak from our apps. Data stored by an app on your device is protected by the security features of the iOS operating system itself.

5. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The new version is published on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
